2. Individuals or business entities using the rental space are referred to as the Lessee.
3. The primary purpose of the space is to host workshops, events, and meetings.
4. The space may also be used for other purposes with the Lessor's consent.
1. The Lessor provides the space along with basic equipment, including tables, chairs, a projector, and audiovisual equipment.
2. The equipment must be used in accordance with its intended purpose. In case of doubts, the Lessee should consult the Lessor.
3. The Lessee is responsible for maintaining order and returning the space in the same condition as received.
4. Smoking and consuming alcohol are strictly prohibited unless written consent is provided by the Lessor.
5. It is forbidden to remove any equipment from the space without the Lessor's consent.
1. The Lessor ensures that the space is fully functional and technically sound.
2. The Lessee is responsible for any damage caused during the use of the space, including by third parties invited by the Lessee.
3. Any damage must be reported to the Lessor immediately upon discovery.
1. Rental fees are calculated based on the price list available on the Lessor's website.
2. Reservations can be made via phone, email, or social media platforms.
3. Canceling a reservation the day before the scheduled rental incurs a fee of 50% of the rental cost.
4. Canceling a reservation on the day of the rental incurs a fee of 100% of the rental cost.
5. Payments must be made in cash, via bank transfer, or using other accepted payment methods.
1. By reserving the space, the Lessee accepts the terms outlined in these regulations.
2. The Lessor reserves the right to amend these regulations. The Lessee will be notified of any changes via email.
